The Basics of Telepathy Communication

Sunday, January 31st, 2010

For telepathic communication there needs to be a sender, receiver, and message. No message can transfer from one mind to the other without being sent and being received. Each role is equally important.

Direct sending refers to sending a message directly to the mind of one person. The sender first mentally locates the intended receiver and then sends them a message. There are different ways to do this. One way is to repeat the receiver’s name mentally, over and over, while focusing on “finding” them mentally. Once they have been located, focus on the message and visualize it moving to the receiver and into their mind.

Broadcasting involves sending a message out to more than one person, maybe even a group of people. In certain ways this is easier for the sender, but can also be more difficult as the focus must be broader and involves more than one person. To broadcast a message, experienced senders can focus on each of the intended receivers, locating them mentally, than sending the message. The sender could also focus more clearly on their own mental location and message, making it easier for receivers to “find” them and their message

To directly receive a message, there must be an established connection. As the receiver, first become aware of the telepathic signals around you and begin to extend your consciousness outward. Notice when a message comes to you and focus on it and where it is coming from. After a while, you should be able to easily send out your consciousness into a “net” that can easily catch telepathic messages.

This is the easiest way to receive broadcast messages. For this, the receiver will need to extend their consciousness and locate the sender. Focus on them and “feel” around them to hear or see the message they are broadcasting. There may be noise surrounding them, but you will soon know the message that is being sent. Allow it in.

It is best to practice with someone or a group of people that have experience sending and receiving messages. Practice both sending and receiving, and don’t give up. Keep trying and try swapping partners if it is difficult. As soon as you figure out how to locate someone, focus, and extend your consciousness you will get better at it. An easy game at first is to send color/shape message. Focus on simple images and clearly think “blue” and “square” while projecting outwards.

Learning Astral Projection

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

In astral projection, you are able to leave your physical body consciously and move into the astral realm where you can do amazing things like being in another place without actually going there physically. Yes, you may have seen them in movies but this too can exist in real life. Some may refer to the astral world as the afterlife but in the case of astral travel, it is done temporarily as you get to return to your physical body afterwards.

You may be curious if you can indeed go back to your physical body – of course, in astral travel, it is easier to get back to your physical body than shifting to the astral realm, thus you need not worry about it.

If you are interested to try it out, here are some astral projection tips that might be of help for you.

- Eliminate fear. Fear of dying or not being able to return to your physical body is the most common fear that many people have in astral projection. If you want to make astral travel easy, free yourself from worries and anxieties. These will help you in getting off easily.

- Do not do it at night. Not because of anything but trying to achieve astral projection at night will most likely lead you to sleep, and defeating your purpose as well. Remember that your mind must be awake when you do it and you might be too tired if you do it at night.

- Don’t do it with an empty stomach or a stuffed one. This will be a distraction if you are trying to focus and concentrate.

- Free yourself from stress. Stress at work, in relationships, stress in the family, and financial worries can be a burden in being able to achieve that ‘separation’ of you astral body.

- Practice some relaxation techniques. Relaxation is one important aspect of out of body experiences. This will help quiet your mind from the many disturbing thoughts that may disturb your focus and concentration. Learning how to relax also helps your body to slow down, and puts your physical body into sleep but making sure your consciousness is not going for the dream state. You can practice relaxation through meditation and other relaxation techniques.

- Practice the vibrational state. When you eventually come to a point that you are about to leave the physical body, it also needs a little push from your mind. One of the important astral projection tips is to push yourself mentally out of your physical body which may include rolling off. This technique is one of the easiest to do in astral travel but you have to practice this as well.

Online Colleges and Universities

Saturday, January 23rd, 2010

Going to school online is really no different than going to school in person. You’re going to have to your homework, attend lectures, and read chapters each, and every week. What you’re going to find out is that when you’re ready to attend school is that you want an accredited college. So what happens when you’re in the search of an online accredited college? What do you look out for?

Check the college website: The first thing that you want to do is actually check out the college’s website. You will want to make sure that the college is accredited. Many colleges are going to put this on their website since it’s a selling point. What you’re going to find out is that if it’s not listed, or you can’t find, you probably won’t want to go to this college. Colleges really frown upon colleges that don’t have accreditation.

Look at the reviews: Trust me, the Internet doesn’t hold back when it comes down to reviews. You obviously don’t want to get the advice from the guidance counselor, because he/she is going to be biased against the school. Instead, check out online forums, and other resources to see what people think.

There are literally 1000s of online colleges that you can choose from. Make sure that they have the field that you want to get into, make sure that they are accredited, and the most important thing is to make sure that the school has what you want. Take your time, and make sure that you can find what you need, in terms of an education.

Flowers Around The World

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

When you pick a flower, you are touching us with the past, so to speak, and repeating a timeless gesture. What man, since Adam, has not looked admiringly at these beauties, or held a bloom in his hand at one time?

Since the beginning, flowers have held places in man’s heart and his abode. Greeks and Romans outdid each other in the lavish use of flowers. Their banquet floors were strewn, ankle-deep, with flowers and floral scents filled the air because of a belief that their fragrance purified the atmosphere and minimized intoxication.

Housewives in the olden days, like their modern counterparts, saved on marketing money to buy a nosegay or a bunch of roses for the house. The scented helleborne was preferred because it was used to break the spells of witches and magicians.

Even ruthless conquerors, mighty kings, and skeptic philosophers had their gentle moments among their flowering plants. Of the ancient kings, the Aztec Montezumas were fervent flower lovers and maintained a kingly garden of exotic plants. When Montezuma, the younger, was conquered, his entire kingdom was wrested from him. One historical account said “Poor Montezuma… The entire story of gardening does not afford a more pathetic picture than this great emperor begging that before his life will be taken, he be allowed to see his flowers once again.”

Persians favored the rose and the narcissus blossoms. One Caliph named El-Mutavekkel so passionately loved roses that on every blooming season, he reportedly wore nothing but rose-colored clothes and had his carpets sprinkled with rose water.

The Indians were likewise flower children. Samarkand was known for its vast tulip fields while Lahore was given entirely to rose planting. When lilacs bloomed, flower rites were held during which time the streets were covered with narcissus and tulip flowers. They dedicated the month of June to the rose while July was devoted to the lotus, India’s reigning flower.

And because flowers were essential to the lives of men, flowers stood as symbols of nations. The rose was the national emblem of England, Honduras and Iran while some others are: Italy – Lily, Japan – Chrysanthemum, Russia – Sunflower, Brazil – Cattleya, etc.

Various messages were also conveyed by flowers. The red carnation means “my heart aches for you,” in which case the recipient may either answer “I confess my love’ by sending a moss rose bud, or foil the design by sending a dried up white rose which is a way of saying “you leave me cold.”

Nowadays, amorous admirers signify “I love you” by having the florists deliver three long stemmed red roses to the girl.

Other symbolisms attached to flowers are: azalea for temperance, sunflower for false riches, wallflower.1or fidelity in adversity, scarlet poppy for fantastic extravagance, blue violet for modesty, etc. A rather peculiar connotation affixed to the Aztec marigold is that of “vulgar mind.”

Learn to Speak Chinese Language

Friday, January 15th, 2010

China is fast emerging as a global leader in the economic as well as political sphere. With increasing collaboration and engagement, countries round the world have felt the need to be proficient in the Chinese language, seeking better interaction. However the going has not been easy with several countries facing a shortage of quality tutors. Also the

The Methodology; Chinese or for that matter learning any language involves a different set of rules to what one is accustomed to and one has to change the mindset of comparing one language with another if one wishes to master that language in all its aspects. Some of the important aspects that one needs to pay attention to are written (grammar), comprehension (reading and listening), conversation (pronunciation and speech etiquettes) and the all important though process. Often if you strive to think in that language you can be more fluent in the other aspects rather than trying to think in one language and then translating your thoughts into another, a tedious process with several limitations.

The Innovations; Learning a rich and diverse language like Chinese cannot be accomplished just by the classroom method but would require innovation and effort on your part and intelligent guidance on your tutor’s part to make distinct progress. Often some students are at ease with the verbal aspects of the language though are found lacking in grammar. Others who excel at writing become tongue tied at the thought of conversing in the language. The answer to all this is to learn Chinese online. With increasing technology sophistication it is now possible to watch, hear, speak and even write by way of the Internet.

Many students who learn Chinese and other foreign languages in the usual classroom method often complain that they do not get the opportunity to brush up on their skills as once the course gets over they lose contact with the language owing to limited opportunity to communicate with others. With online methods you can learn Chinese anywhere at anytime and yet stay in touch with it by maintaining contact with your tutor and fellow online students. Most online courses are also better designed to suit the learning capability of the students as also the reason for learning, unlike in classrooms where people of all ages with different motivations for learning the language are forced to go through the same process. Online courses also recruit tutors who are more often than not native speakers of the Chinese language by which the students benefit from listening the way the language is actually spoken with its true accent.

Online courses also provide for plenty of practice material which helps students to strengthen and build on their basics and improve wherever they are found lacking. Most people learn a new language as a hobby, for travel purpose, in relation to their work or business and as a career option. With online courses providing for syllabus, textbooks, tutorials and progress reports you don’t miss out on anything that a conventional classroom course offers but get to avail of several advantages that a classroom session can never offer namely one on one teaching sessions and learning by way of simulation techniques.

The Reasons People Homeschool Their Children

Monday, January 11th, 2010

Some families are willing to sacrifice a lot to homeschool their children simply because they feel that their children need more than the public educational system is offering. In particular, parents want their children to experience more than just a harried existence of rushing to everywhere and getting the minimum out of life. Three particular areas have many parents quitting jobs or changing job schedules to be able to educate their children themselves so that they can provide religious instruction, more advanced training than they can get in public school and finally that family bonding that is slipping away from the traditional family.

Religious Instruction; Public education is required to teach a non-religious curriculum because of the vast differences in the backgrounds of students and teachers. Parents who wish to sidestep the influences of the public education system can find help in homeschooling. It is easy to find a home school curriculum that will promote whatever religious beliefs the parent wants to teach their child. Many Christian based curriculum choices are available that provide the vast resources that children need while reinforcing the Christian values and teaching of the Bible.

As more and more families are choosing to homeschool, Jewish and Muslim (and even more than can be mentioned in this article) curricula are being developed by families and made available for sale once they have been tested. Different religious groups can also develop their own curriculum based on one of currently available, but tailored to their specific belief structure. The basic structure is similar in all of the religious curricula, but the tenets of the particular faith is interwoven into the reading, writing and history.

Advanced Training; The measure of a homeschool curriculum is whether it satisfies the criteria of the government agencies that are responsible for education. Seeing as how the majority of public schools are churning out children who are passably able to read and can barely spell, it is possible to beat the public school system by just spending more time with children, reading with them and going over their homework with them. The operative words are “with them” because quality time with children means more interaction and places more importance on doing a good job with schoolwork.

For parents who want their children to be college ready, a more advanced curriculum is required. Luckily, many advanced programs are available for home school families. Since parents who decide to homeschool come from varied backgrounds, many homeschooling materials are created by these parents to satisfy a need that was lacking in the homeschool community. As more families homeschool their children, more advanced curricula are becoming available for college prep.

Engineers, lawyers, doctors, chemists and CEOs have all contributed to the vast array of home educator materials available for parents to use for their children. These people make it possible for a child to choose whatever career path they can envision without having to attend public school. The only limitation is how much a parent can afford to invest in their own child’s education.

Family Bonding; Because of the closeness of parents with their children in a homeschool environment, a special bond occurs with kids and parents that makes the experience even more beneficial. Instead of having a complete stranger instilling their (who knows what kind) values on children, parents can form a stronger relationship and develop a more eager desire to learn in their children simply by continuing to encourage them.

Closeness with children is something that the family unit lacks, and simply showing an interest in a child’s education is more important than the actual training materials on their own, since children respond to parental involvement very positively by wanting to excel. Obviously, stress and mental problems can get in the way of a positive learning environment, so before embarking on a homeschool curriculum, it is vital for parents to understand how much time they must devote to their children’s education and whether they are mentally able to undertake such a task.

Some methods of homeschooling have a more “hands off” approach to teaching, by basically giving children a list of books to read and workbooks to use, but no real structure or interaction. This style is typically better for parents who are not able to deal with a structured schooling environment. Parental involvement is still crucial, but only in the encouragement of the child to continue reading and working at their own pace.

Future School Management

Thursday, January 7th, 2010

Each school must be divided into work units. The pupils within each work unit are divided into classes and also, for their everyday work, into groups of various sizes.

The work unit need not comprise classes from the   grade. A unit can, for example, be formed comprising pupils from grades I, 2 and 3. The work unit may also comprise classes from different levels.

An arrangement of this kind can often present great advantages. Senior pupils can help junior pupils.

Work units must be more than an administrative division. The aim is for them to be developed into a small school within the framework of the large one.

They must be conducive to close co-operation between staff and pupils.

Essential goals of school work are more easily attained if certain duties within school management districts are delegated to the work units. Duties of this kind include the following.

-The work units have an important part to play in educational planning. They should plan basic training in skills, the work to be done by remedial teachers, the timing of project studies and so

-The work unit is a natural framework for the discussion and planning of support for pupils in difficulty. No problem need be referred to the school pupil welfare conference unless it cannot be solved within the work unit, for example by consultation with parents, by the application of different methods, by the coverage of different subject matter, or by work in smaller groups, individual assignments etc.

- In many cases the work unit is the natural unit in which to agree concerning the scope of the pupils’ own responsibilities and their own contributions to the environment, and also to plan free activities. it is often a suitable unit for information to and discussions with parents concerning various matters.

Consultation concerning educational planning and concerning activities during the school year or the term should result in a working plan for the work unit. The Education Ordinance contains provisions concerning the duty of planning instruction and pupil welfare work within the work unit.

The working plan must outline a program and define goals and aims in such a way that it is possible at the end of the school year or term to evaluate activities and agree on any alterations that are to be made to working methods or aims for a future period of activities.

In this way schools are to advance by means of co-operation and consultations between pupils, staff and school management.

The organization of a school into work units makes it easier for teachers to co-operate in teaching teams. Co-operation of this kind between the adult members of the school community is an important example to the pupils of democracy in operation, and it is essential with a view to the consistent and purposive development of skills in different subjects.
